Anyone wish they got the A7?
Any A6 owners that wished they "woulda, coulda, shoulda" got the A7 instead?
Or all you perfectly happy that you paid less, have a roomier back seat, and value more traditional looks?

This is my first Black car, and I can honestly say it is pretty hard to keep clean...next time I'll stick with a Dark Grey

That said, only you can decide - both cars are great. Other people's opinions on this kind of decision should mean squat to you. Like asking what's your favorite color or flavor of ice cream.

Nope. Not a hatch-back fan. Classic look, trunk and bigger back seat for me.

The A7 just leaves a bad taste in my mouth - the A6 tastes like yummy!

Interesting comments. I just struggled with this when selecting an S6 over an S7.
IMO: The S7's achilles heal is that the design does not have a functional back seat for adults taller than 6' tall (ie: My 80+ year old father and tall friends). On top of this, the lack of the middle seat (not avail in the S7 model) seriously reduces the flexibility for families with kids.
Another note: the styling is somewhat polarizing, even with people who love it seem to grow tired of it quickly. My buddies who fawned over the A7/S7 are now all into the BMW 650 Gran Coupe as the "style-du-jour" -- of course, they just talk and do not own either! I firmly believe the S6 design offers a more timeless style that is just as sleek in it's own way. I guess in my mind, the S6 will look great 6 years from now...but the S7 may grow more stale in the same period. Combined with the real backseat, more headroom up front, better performance, and $9K in savings -- was a no-brainer for me.
BTW: The cost difference is real: ie: you can get an A6 w/ B&O and Innovation for only a tick more than an A7 without these killer features. I would NOT give up B&O.... and I kinda like the 20 inch S6 wheels better than the S7 wheels (but you can always change wheels.)
IMO: I think my S6 is beautiful and have no buyers remorse -- my neighbor saw the car for the first time and said it looks like it could slice your hand if you are not careful. I think it is a work of art. ;-)

Like Manishaudi (also my first black car) I'm going a different color next time! Love it when it's clean though.
