I don't have that option in my AC settings - 2012 A6 3.0T Prestige. Were they enabled by VAG COM or is that stock? Are you in the US?

yes I'm in the USA... and it appears that we have the same year car. i don't believe its a VAG mod...but i did just get my car a month or so ago. i did do VAG mods a week or so ago, but didnt see anything for this on there. but i could be wrong

I have a 2012 A6 Prestige and I do have the MMI settings shown in the pictures from day 1 when I bought it new. Being a Prestige edition you should have the 4 zone climate control - maybe it has something to do with that? Just a thought.

I'm with you. I'm new and lurking around while I search for a used A6. Trying to get a lot of info. On what may go out and how to fix. I suggest this sight needs a DIY Side. Almost all these responses in most posts are: I took it the the Dealer. Even though I realize that a lot of cars are still under warranty ,On my Passatworld forum we had a forum called the Stealership. Lol.

I have a 2012 A6 Prestige also, bought new in 2012. I do not have the Selection for fan speed in my MMI settings. I have version HN+R_US_AU_K0814 software. I'm also located in the US.

Can you check your MMI version?
I have 13 Prestige and MMI HN+R_US_AU_P0566, and it doesn't have AC mode selection.
