hi, does anyone know how to take the S6 emblem off the front of the grill?
don't want to do anything and damage it.

I removed mine with a hair dryer. The black mount pad is still there though.

from the looks of it, i thought it was some kind of clip on.

The emblem is stuck onto the black plastic mount with a thin 2 sided tape. The mount is them clipped into the grill. I opted to remove the emblem and leave the mount for the time being. Are you putting the s6 grille on an sline a6?

This picture is with just the 6 removed. Then I ended up removing the s as well.

oh i see, i looking looking to take the whole thing off with the mount, can't seem to get it off the clip and don't want to use too much force , scared to break anything.

i just got the grill for my A6 but def don't want to leave the S6 logo in there

An option is to replace the S6 badge either with a supercharged badge or quattro badge.

I to am looking to put a different emblem on the grill. Mine is an a6 prestige.

I meant remove the S6 badge, leave the mount and then buy one of the stick on badges using the same mount.
