Adding S6/S7 rear valence and quad tips
#11
How much for the valance and aluminum bar. Just order mine and I was curious to what u paid because u stated u were in already 500. I ordered in Italy and it was 220 euros w/o IVA. The tips I found on ebay for 100 total so I am in 350.

I paid just over $500 for the valence and trim bar. = 383 Euros.
I think we get hurt on price of parts but win big on the price of cars. As I recall, Audi makes the most profit in China.

I'm a special case. I bought my car with the military overseas buying program. I picked it up in Bremerhaven GE and drove it to Naples It. I have a US Spec A6 in Italy. I paid dollars for it and no taxes associated. I paid a lil under 62k for mine but have every option except B&O.
Before I had this I owned a Q7 and back then I ordered my parts from the states but now the parts are cheaper in Italy. It helps that I am exempt from IVA. &
From the dealership I paid 220 euros and will be here in a week. Another site I use is allegro.pl. it's a Polish ebay and if u type audi 4G0 you can find every part imaginable for our cars. I bought my carbon fiber inlays for 900 USD. Here's a picture of what I finished over the weekend. I had the center console tunnel wrapped in faux leather and the trim above the carbon fiber

The Audi parts dept. made a mistake and now says that the OEM tips are $218 each. Ouch! I told them to forget it and instead got four tips from AWE and will have them welded on tomorrow. I will remove the two Audi OEM tips and will sell them to someone that wants to do this also. PM me if interested.

At NateDog's metal shop in Hatfield, PA. (215) 361-1134. He does good work.
A7 is on the rack and just circumcised. Both long and short path openings on the stock Audi mufflers opened to 2 1/4". Now ready for the AWE smoked black tips to be bolted on to the new pipes Nate will weld to the openings.
On the other side, the two AWE tips are tacked into place and looking good.
Last, view from the bottom & ready for the final welding. Note that both straight pipes are flared at each end and the AWE tips have a nice adjustment feature with the bolt on hardware.
