ACC Problem

So this has finally been resolved.
When I asked the service manager what the fix was this is what he told me.
"When the car was repaired from your accident, the body shop replaced one of your modules. They didn't go into the programming and disable the old module, replace it, and then enable the new module. So as far as the ACC system was concerned the module was never replaced, it was faulty."
Make sense, not to me either, but it's working now..
