Hello, hoping someone can help me out.
The car is a 2013 A6 Prestige (Canada spec). As hinted in the title my ACC and brake guard are unavailable and have been for months now.
Originally I thought the issue was related to my driver's door latch since from previous scans of the car I did have a fault there and that's what was indicated as an error from the ACC module in OBDeleven.
Replaced the door latch and it did not fix the issue. My GPS antenna was also no good so I replaced that hoping it might have something to do with it. No luck although it is nice to be able to use the car's GPS again.
I have gone through the other threads here and have not been able to find a solution yet.
Below is the latest scan I did with OBDeleven. I'm pretty sure the high voltage error listed is from the dashcam I have installed. The ACC worked in the past with the camera being installed as well.
Can someone help please?

That 8B error is likely telling you there is a problem with the left side radar module in the lower bumper. And, that is likely what is causing the U111300 - Function limitation due to received malfunction value static issue. Ie., ACC not working. If you have access to VagCom, it should give you more detail and isolate down to the actual failed component.
I had the exact same issues on my 2013 A6 - no ACC and brake Guard. Turned out be the image control unit (Vag Com). Replaced and all has been working fine. See #15 in diagram (under seat). Part # 4G0907107D. Plenty of used ones online.
Sorry to hijack this thread, but I've been having the same issue. As luck would have it, in my case it's both the ACC/Brake Guard as well as "Audi active lane assist: Currently unavailable. No camera view".
Some time before I noticed the error my wife accidentally spilled her 100 ounce / 3000ml water jug on the passenger side front floor area, but we didn't notice it until the following day. What are the chances that our spill eventually worked its way into those electronics and ultimately corroded them?
Everything else is basically still working like new - just those two error codes (on our 2013 A6 3.0T Prestige/Innovation).
I'm a huge fan of both of those safety features, but given the age of the car haven't prioritized trying to fix. Thx for any thoughts.

I looked at the sensors the other day with OBDEleven and the sensors and modules look ok but the driver's side looks to be quite misaligned. So i think my first order of business before i start replacing parts is to maybe try and realign it and see if that fixes it. I saw a user did his own alignment on another thread so ill use that as a guide and see what happens.

Please let us know how you make out because mine has jus started acting up intermittently
How tough was it to get at the image processor box and replace? I may have same issue or a video cable issue. Would like to get to the image processor box to check other end of the cable for connectivity.
