Default Counter to "Just Venting:" This Car is Superb

Just made it through a week of blizzards, and now into the Arctic freeze. Spent a great deal of time on the road last week with a busy work schedule and a funeral to attend. First time putting this car through its paces in the snow. I found it to be exemplary. Maybe a little early, but this may be the best vehicle for hazardous weather I have ever owned (may have finally unseated my 5000CS quattro with the locking diffs for snow dominance). Not only is it tenacious, but it provides a serene, quiet, relaxing environment to decompress on the way home from work or to crush miles on a road trip. This is my 15th Audi, and one of 5 Audi's currently in my stable of 9 vehicles. Not all have given me the warm and fuzzies. I totally understand the frustration of dealing with a dysfunctional car, especially when it entails the the electronic gimmickry that most of us would prefer was left out in the first place. I would suggest trying to get your car sorted; give it another chance, you might be pleasantly surprised, although it'll never be a Miata....

Thanks for starting this thread! I concur. As I said that other "Venting" thread, I too recently had an opportunity to take my AR through some really severe squalls, blowing snow, and moved through it like "a hot knife through butter." I have never felt this confident driving any car in winter (over the past 40 years). A few nights ago, we had -40 below windchills with 35 mile gusts, which were shocking when I got out of the car to walk the dogs (long haired collies) because the ride was so quiet and the car so steady, I forgot that there was such nasty weather right outside my dual paned acoustic glass Audi windows!

"This Car is Superb" - I sure hope so, just picked up my first Audi, and the over the top technology had me nervous even before I pulled the trigger. I love the drive vs an SUV, just keeping my fingers crossed on long term dependability

I had my 2021 A6 Allroad for 2-1/2 years and and with Audicare, my only out of pocket were simple modifications.
