Default 2022 Color Availibility?

Order our A6 Allroad on May 5, 2021. It's now looking like a end of March build.

Ordered:

Prestige
Dew Silver (Which I don't see on any "build sheets" Now)
Black Int
Bang and Oulfsen
Black Optic

Is Dew Silver still an option? or is it Holding us up?

would B&O sound hold us up?

Buying our Q8 off lease now and will wait.

In the current market I would expect if anything is holding up the build it will be the B&O sopund system rather than the colour, due the semiconductor shortage. There maya lso be other components unique to the Allroad that are being deliayed because of the chip shortage. Would appead from the Audi US website that Dew Silver is no longer an option so you may find the dealer coming back to you asking you to select a different colour. Here in the UK Audi have stopped taking orders for A6 and A4 Allroad models, with no explanation

I just recently put a deposit down on an A6 Allroad scheduled to arrive late Jan or early Feb. It’s also configured as Dew Silver.

When searching around I’ve not found any evidence of any already delivered ‘22 Allroads in Dew Silver yet so I’ve wondered the same thing. Given it’s not listed in the current configuration I’ve also wondered if color may end up needing to be changed.

I have a deposit on an A6 Allroad. My dealer's allocations are all used up so I still have to wait for Audi to give them a slot. I saw that Dew silver is available on the order screen (not on the public website). I saw a code that the sales person explained to me indicates that Dew Silver will not be available until week 34 (perhaps it was 32) of production. I asked if production weeks for Audi start at the beginning of the year. He said yes. That means if we assume week 34, the production week starting Sunday 8/21/2022. Week 32 would obviously be 8/7.

I really don't like the colors available for the A6 Allroad. I don't have to commit to a color for now so I am thinking about whether to spend the $3,900 for a custom color. They gave some nice dark reds.

I can’t imagine that they will still be producing 2022 cars on August 21, 2022. Something doesn’t seem right.

It will likely come out as a 2023, assuming production continues for a 2023 US A6 Allroad. No guarantees.

I just received the email from Audi my Dew Silver car is complete and the car shows on my dealers website with a VIN and as en route. So looks like they ARE producing Dew Silver now.

Very interesting. I looked over the sales persons shoulder and it did say week 32 (or 34). I wonder if that could have applied to this year, but that makes no sense. I know colors posted to the web are not great, but when you get your, please post a couple pictures. Thanks
