If you are making the point that the tail lights are the same in your photo as qg5's and just the badge is different, then I would disagree. If you flip back and forth, they are not the same shape tail light, and specifically the upper right corner on both lights are markedly different. The S4 has a longer swoop down to the rim of the trunk lid.

I'd also direct you to the lower left hand corner where the S5 is squared off, the S4 has a curve to it.

I'd say those are two different cars.

Take a look at the trunk opening line on the top. Curves toward the window on the S5, straight toward the window on the S4.
