There is a guaranteed price increase for the B8 it is just a matter of how much of an increase it will be. (Guesstimates are betwwen 4%-10% over the B7.)

My estimate is a B8 2.0T tip with Prestige and ADS will be around 10% more than a comparable B7. Plus they are doing deals on the B7s prior to B8 arrival.

IMHO a comparison of price between B7 and B8 and the B7 is always the winner. You go for a B8 if it is (or has) things you want. i.e. new 2.0T, better MPG ,ADS, B&O, 60/40 AWD, MLP, sport seats, etc. etc.
