I don't know what to call them but the panels which house the foglights seem to have more pronounced horizontal slats on the S-line model.

Th psoted Product Informatio has a picture of the S-line rear diffuser panel. I think the non S-line model has more body colored pieces between the exhasut tips.

Current car: '07 BMW 335i 6MT, Sport, Premium, USB/iPod, rear sunshades, Crimson red on Lemon/black
Previous car: '06 A4 2.0T 6MT, S-Line, Premium, Technology, Quartz gray/Ebony
