    Thule makes a set for the Euro/UK market that will work ......

    for some reason Thule USA doesn't sell them but you can get them online and use any size thule crossbars you want. Depending on what Yakima stuff you have - that should work as all newer Yakima stuff will work on Thule crossbars.
