Especially the Audi of America arm. AoA has done some *mind bogglingly* stupid things in regards to their offerings, engine strategy, interface with customers and general attitude towards the enthusiast crowd. It's a noteworthy accomplishment that the cars remain so popular despite AoA's best efforts to the contrary sometimes :-)
