Go online and configure a 2008 A4 3.2Q tip with free paint and start checking off all the options you think get this even close to the Prestige.

    Yes, a 3.2. No typo.

You can get the 3.2 with Ibis white, and the sport package and nav and and and -- it is just south of $45K.

The 2009 2.0T may well be worth the price being asked -- but, this comparison of the outgoing 3.2, pretty well to the max, and the incoming 2.0T pretty well to the max, indicate more than "very close" pricing, which has been the company line.

This means the 3.2 tested in Car and Driver with an estimated $45K price is, er, "way the hell too low."

Not complaining (ok a little), but jeesh, mine ought to come in, then, about $46K for a 2.0T as I have equipped it.

The price of the new A6 V6, will have to be in the stratosphere and gawd help us the price of the A4 3.2 will easily push past $50K.

This seems to make the BMW 335ix a bit more attractive, don't you think.

The S4 will cost as much as my first house!
