Bob Pielock's B5 S4 has topped out at about 189 mph (304 kph) on the Salt Flats
It's the fastest Audi timed at Bonneville. These pictures are from 2005.

My B7 A4 ran 137 mph (220 kph) in the standing mile at Bonneville last fall
And that was with my wife driving! It's the only A4 ever to make it into the 130 Club at Bonneville (up until this year only S4s have made the 130 Club). She did 137 mph in one mile and she still had a gearing to spare.
Get rid of that limiter!

I ran my 130 mph 'shakedown' run on the 2 mile Long Course at Bonneville at 131 mph and still had 6th gear. These cars have long legs and I'm confident I can do 150+ mph in the 2 mile long course this year.

The challenge is that you have a limited amount of distance to achieve your speed so acceleration and traction are both key. It's where quattro shines!

Re: Any idea how many miles/kms it took you to get up to that speed?
Chip-tunning and green air filter.
Now i want to install a testpipe so i am waiting for a good offer for it or maybe i will get it custom made from one of the exhaust maker i know - maybe titanium ...
