Default Completely Clear Corners = Clear 3157 LEDs that flash Amber

Perfect for the person that has done the Clear Corner Mod or added Euro Housings and wants to keep the clear look, but wants BOTH an Amber Parking Light and an Amber Turn Signal.

This person was me. I wanted them for my A4, but no one had them, so I was stuck with the fried egg look after doing the CC mod. I approached a lighting company back in February about these and just now do they have them available. It was while waiting for these that I found out that they had the Yellow H7's for our Foglights - which are now discontinued (I'm checking for a replacement as we speak)

Anyway, because I'm dealing with a distributor, they unfortunately have a $10 shipping minimum (moving to $12 or $15 as of the new year), so it's not exactly financailly sound to get them directly in small quantities. So, I ordered 25 pairs from them. If you're interested in getting one of these sets, shoot me an email - I think it'll be ~$28 including shipping - but I'll have to check. It's a direct plug in - nothing different. Also, these have 15 LEDs, where some other vendors have <10 and also have a black plastic base where these are entirely clear.

I am very pleased with the outcome as they look great - finally, COMPLETELY clear corners, yet Amber flashing - WoooHooo!!! They are not quite as bright as the standard bulbs and flash quicker, but that's fine by me.

These bulbs are a direct replacement for the corner bulbs that come in the 99.5+ A4 and 00+ S4 projector lights. If you have, or are going to get, Euro housings, you merely need to reuse the black socket that was originally on the US housings. This is because the US lights use a 2 filament bulb (parking & turnsignal) where as the Euro uses a single filament turnsignal only.

I was just informed that they have a brighter version of this exact same bulb, which will cost $3 more for the pair. Personally, I think it'll probably be worth it, though I haven't seen it in action yet. I put my order on hold until I find out whether there's more interest in the brighter ones. Shoot me an email of which you'd like - first come, first serve as there's limited quantity (I bought all they have on the shelf - and they're now backordered).

Update: They found an additional 15 pairs of Yellow H7 bulbs (for 99.5+ A4 and 00+ S4 fogs), so if you're interested in those, shoot me an email as well. These are discontinued and there is no replacement scheduled. These are $40 shipped and pics can be found on my website as well. There's a waiting list from the previous batch - so of those 15, only about 8 pairs are still available.

I'll send an email out later tonight to all that have expressed interest to me via email - stay tuned.

All of the pics can be found on my website (including pics while on/flashing):

Default OK, I still want ones that are white when on, but blink amber. I know it can be done!

I have them wired up full Euro style right now, which is ok, but it kinda looks like my corner lights are burnt out, until they blink. It just looks really dark in the corners to me, better than amber, but still...

Default Nope, I got these as soon as they came out and they went right in my car - my original intent...

was to put them in my A4's CC lights, but that was 9 months ago when I started this trek, and now I don't have that anymore. Feel free to wait and when someone has pics, then there should be some more in from backorder.

Regards,

Default with these, all 15 LEDs are used for both parking and turnsignal, just diff intensity...

if someone made ones that had the inner section of white LEDs and the outer of Amber and then used that as the two stages, yep, that'd work
