That journey was done with my father, in a 986 Boxster(32mpg on tha trip). The snohomish pass was completed stopped with traffic(all 3 lanes, people sitting outside their cars) back past cle elum. Drove up through Leavenworth(via #97 and #2) and what a pleasant trip. If your out that way, nice route to avoid the pass if backed up.
