I finished revision 1 of my Air/Water IC setup.

-Control panel is done and wired up...minus some LEDs i accidently broke =/ (rev 1.5)

-I removed the temp. reservoir, and went to a modified washer fluid reservoir for more capacity and features (e.g. water temp measurement for use with pump controller).

-I also painted up the support brackets and blacked out the surround of the heat exchanger for a stealth apprearance. I also lowered the heat exchanger ~2 inches for more airflow behind the bumper.

Adding the coolant made me think of one of my old sigs given the glowing green color.

Default which coolant.... G11?

regular over neon green stuff has phospors, the G11 iirc is phosphor free, G12 is something else entirely.

Default it's mostly done =) It is Rev 1.

The control panel is done too. But i broke off the little legs on the LEDs installing it so i need to replace those...

in terms of the mods to the washer reservoir. The washer pumps are gone. I used some vinyl and epoxy to cover the holes. I also installed a sensor bung for a thermocouple.

I purchased the autospeed IC mister controller to control the water pump in an automatic fashion. I am going to set it to trigger when the water temp is ~5 deg higher than ambient. I also need to splice in the injector or fang wire so that it will come on when i am at ~10psi

that's what's left....unless i decide I want to add another heat exchanger above the other one, to help cool the water off faster... =)

Default standard stuff...i had it around and add a ting for color.

I plan to do a full swap and replace once the temps start getting close to freezing aka in a couple of months. I'll probably use waterweter and some coolant then.
