Audi A4 bad condensation problems on interior glass?
I have an Audi A4 Salon (Sedan year 2002) and the front windscreen is heavily beaded with moisture on the interior when I get ready to drive the car first thing in the morning. This usually happens on cold mornings. All of the windows are fully closed. Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas what is wrong? Is there a leak in the front windscreen seals or is this a common problem on Audi A4's? Any help would really be appreciated.

You've got water leaking into the car...
Pull out all your floormats, and check the floor for moisture. My guess is that there is a substantial water leak, and your carpeting is soaked. Usually, water leaks into the car from a wire going through the firewall. In most cases, that can be traced to an aftermarket stereo (power wire) or alarm, where the wires running into the cabin haven't been sealed properly. Sometimes the factory wires behind the ECU box will carry water into the cabin if the grommets they run through have been knocked loose.

Re: You've got water leaking into the car...
I've looked at the footwell and floor mats and there is not water or visable leak. This morning it was very frosty, therefore, the inside of the car where the condensantaion is forming is all iced up. I actully had to scrape ice of the inside window.

Check your coolant level...
...if that is normal then you have a leak in the sunroof or something. If the coolant is low, you have a leak in the heat exchanger (the radiator for the heat).

I'm not sure what to tell you...
You've got some kind of fluid leak...where it's getting in, is the question, but it's major, based on what you're saying. The longer this continues, the better the chances that electrical items in your car will begin corroding.
Mike could be right as well...do you smell coolant in the car?
