I miss going to the drags all the time.
BTW you will be only going in a straight line at the 1.8t challenge. The car owner does the drag racing part of the challenge while your car is driven by a pro driver on the road coarse. Maybe you should take it to waterfest if they are doing the drag races again, I plan on being at that this year too.

it would cool to see his car run period...
pretty sure his car is as legit as yours....it is a 1.8 block IIRC, so that makes it cool. Hopefully it will be running sometime next week. He had the 2.0 firing last week, then the timing pulley let out during break in...so basically it's new valves/forged rods time. HE is so unlucky.
