MMI - Privacy popup when 1st starting car

So, I brought the car in the program a new key, now every time I start the car there's a privacy popup that I have to click off. There is a button that says 'do not show this again' but when I push it it says 'that function is only enabled for people with premium subscription'. What gives with this nagware Audi?

When the car was originally delivered, they had lost the 2nd key

So, once they got a new key in, I dropped off the car to have the new key registered with the car. After that, I started getting the popup every time I start the car.
