I misspoke - the LED headlights are standard on P+. At one point in early versions of the US configurator it wasn't.
I went to a few fancy hotels this week and the valets all really liked it, had specific feedback about: how it's the car they would own; that it was easier to intuit than the new MB.
Other B7 and B8 owners on the road didn't notice it whatsoever. It's a low key mini S class. Very humble outside, very high tech and smug inside.
