UK: What cause this noise?
Hi All
I have an intermadiate issue with my 2013 audi A4 1.8 tfsi (168hp). Visit lots of garage nobody can produce same issue when the car is there. The issue is after long run, when the engine is warm, start giving this really loud knocking noise, but if you give a liitle gas all noise is gone. Mechanic said until the problem not escalating they cant do anything. Anyone have same issue before?

1. What do the fault codes say? It's an important clue to what the problem might be.

There is no fault code at all, thats the main problem. More likelyt sound like when the engine is warm up at something lose and when you rev up the engine is fine again.
