The turbo is on the right (passenger side in the US) of the engine and pretty easy to get to.

Suspension is a little tougher. Lots of parts and will require an alignment after. I bit the bullet and had a professional help with that.

MMI- What are the symptoms?

Reset the unit.

Check the amp in the back right hand of the cargo area. Spray contact cleaner on the plug and reseat the connector. Then spray and reseat a few times. Add dielectric grease to the connector and reattach.

Pull the media player and clean the connector as above.

Dash speakers can be changed with the Parts Express full range drivers and the install kit available here on the forum.

Door speakers are a PITA to get to but unless one is blown they should be ok.

The pathetic 5"sub should be bypassed anyway.. 🤣

The 1/4 view of the spokes is much more interesting than I would have expected based on the side view. Car is looking good; mine needs a paint job, so many rock chips.

The vibration could be because of oversizing the bore. Unless it was set up in a mill, the hole is likely off center and causing vibration and accelerated wear on steering/suspension components. Regardless, I don't recommend altering wheels.

The new wheels look good. From an A7?

New Wheels were FB marketplace buy. $300.

13 Audi A5 cabriolet if I'm not mistaken.

Most importantly to me was OEM. No fitment issues.

But I am very happy with the stance now. They are actually flush. I wanted the larger 19" rim but I amp pleasantly pleased with the width.

I bought the car to build it for my grandson. But everyone is telling me he doesn't need a wagon.

But if that's the case he can walk. 😉. I would have loved such a cool car as my first ride.

So when you posted the two pics, the upper pic was of the old 17" A4 wheels? Explains why the lower pic didn't look like I was expecting given the upper pic. Are the new ones the 19x8.5 et32 version or the 19x9.0 et33 version?
