Thinking of leasing a VW CC, need advice

So, I had a 2004 A4, 1.8T 6M that I traded in on on 2007 Tahoe last year. Figured I wanted something newer and bigger. About 6 months into it, I was missing my A4. I love the new A4, but it's getting expensive the way I'd want it optioned out. My next stop was the VW store, and I checked out the new CC. Great car, fun to drive, reminds me of my Audi.
I've never leased before, but here's what they are giving me: It's a base Sport Model, 6M, and they're going to put in an aftermarket GPS for me. Total Gross Cap Cost of 28,365. They're gonna give me $21,500 for my Hoe (I only owe 19,500 on it). Residual is .51%, putting the residual amount at $14,200. Money factor is .00279, and the bottom line price will be $426 a month with zero down for 48 months.
This will get me out of my SUV, into a new German car, with lower monthly payments than I currently have on my Hoe. What do y'all think? How does this deal sound? I'd appreciate your thoughts.

Seems high to me. Any other VW dealers near where you live? If so, go to them and see what kind of deal they can put together.
Is that list price on the VW?
And, yes, I agree with the comment from tubi of buying aftermarket, especially if you travel for business and rent lots of cars.
I have a Garmin I take everywhere in the US and Europe.

Money factor and residual are much better on the A4,although priced higher...
a 36 mo lease is going to be about $60 a month more on a nicely equipped one.
I have to admit though, the CC is a sweet looking car.

I got an offer for $500/month including tax for 36 months, $1,500 down, on a Premium +
They could probably do better than $426, I wouldn't say thats worth it. Especially for 48 months. I'd never lease for more than 24, or 36 at the absolute extreme. If you're thinking about a 48 month term, it would be smarter to buy it, because you'd more than likely have equity after the 3rd year.
