Okay I have some more updates on this issue but no good news:
I brought my car to a mechanic and he ran a full diagnostic on the computer
Assured me that it was high pressure fuel pump because it had a code pending or something so I had it replaced... Still same bucking
Changed out all 4 coil packs as well as spark plugs to brand new Denso's.... Still bucking
After running an OBDII scanner while driving I noticed that my car only does it starting at 80% engine load, not sure if that's relevant though
Again, no codes popping at all such as the P0229 mentioned above but I'm still not ruling out turbo altogether. Any more suggestions before I dig into the turbo and torque converter, etc and spend those big bucks (there's a pun in here somewhere)

Did you ever try having the Flash done? That fixed mine.. before you go nuts on this I would try the flash.

I asked around and the dealerships in my area and they want to charge me $400 to have my software updated, is that going to be the same as flashing it or is flashing just resetting the ECU?

It was an ECM flash.. not sure what that means but it fixed it permanently. Good luck!
