I've been looking into a couple of leases on a 2011 A4 Premium Plus and was looking to see what other people were getting for leases.
One I got from a dealer:
MSRP: 40280
Purchase Price: 38520
Down payment: 0
Residual: 49%
Base Rate:
Monthly Payment: 625

I've got a 2011 A4 P+ with 6 speed stick, Ti package, and the glitter bomb black paint (which I didn't really want, but oh well.) My numbers below are approximate:
MSRP: 40300
Purchase Price: 35400
Down payment: 0
Residual: 50%
Miles/Yr: 15,000 @ 42 months
Monthly Payment: $540
Audi Care included

Traded in my 22 month old 2009 E350 (22K miles, some external damage)...they took it off my hands at lease buyout (32.5k)
Bought a 2011 Avant Premium
MSRP: 39450
Zero Drive off: dealer paid all fees/first month
39 months/10K year: $515 including tax of 9.75%
Included AudiCare.
I'm pretty happy...new car, no $500 registration this year, and a month free!
OP, you can get a 55K 2011 E350 for same price as A4 you're quoted! Or less even...
