Well, I did read in the below article... it seems that with sluggish sales dealers are increasing prices. The aren't selling as many volumes, so in order to compensate they sell for more.

I forgot to say before to the OP, don't be afraid of buying in other states.
I've bought lots of cars and trucks and almost all are in another state, and almost all online.

It's not you. I spoke with 6 dealers in the Metro DC area yesterday and got the same treatment.
