That might give Audi time to offer the ventilated seats in the US, and I think I would go ahead and buy the S4 instead if its a TTV6 provided the price doesn't go up too much from what I paid for my 2004. Also, I like a non-black leather with black dash, carpets, etc, which the S4 has and the A4 hasn't for quite a while.

OK so OIl will be $150/bbl by July '08. . .
$6/gallon gas IN 2008 is not beyond the pale.
S4's, historically, have been huge gas suckers -- but I must say I loved my 1995 S6 -- hmmmm.
It is possible that the gas payments will exceed the lease payments.
You must be really wealthy.
I'll just wonder what could possibly be the issue that would take the 2.0T off the table, if fuel consumption and cost are even a "momentary pause?"

Not really wealthy, but as long as it gets 25 hwy
it won't really affect my purchase plans. Besides, if you can afford a car over $55k, gas mileage isn't that big a deal, right? Lease payments not a consideration, will be a cash purchase, like the previous ones. Oh, and the 2.0T was never on the table for me. The thing that takes the A4 off the table, is that I want the toys that I am accustomed to (insert infantile noises), which include the ventilated seats, which for long trips are really nice. My current car has them, and I'm not giving them up.

sell crazy somewhere else, we`re all full here
a. I dont believe that for a 1/2 second.
b. even if it were true, the sc v6 will ask to be driven quite differently than the 3.2 we have now. gas mileage will suck. probably be a nice car tho.
