I have noticed that new Premium & Premium+ 17" now come with Pirelli P6 on?
Anyone can confirm that? Is it more like case by case thing? I have terrible experience with GY tires.

I think it's a case by case thing. I have P6's all seasons on my Sept '08 delivered 3.2 Prestige (18"). Others back then were getting a mix of Goodyears and Pirellis.
Not too crazy about the Pirellis, by the way.

I think Pirelli P6 looks better and overall is a better tire. Rating on TireRack.com proves it.

Maybe better than a GY, but I still believe there are better AS tires out there.

And p7 tires are on the p plus with sport (18")

Strange you have p6 on the pretige. I have p7s on my premium plus....now
Mine does have the sports pkg 18" so maybe that's the diff

Good riddance. The GY LS2 is a very old and crappy tire.
