Exhaust tips

Ports - I'd love to see how they look on the car, can you show us a pic once you're done?
I've heard of some issues that people had installing the Ecs "TT" exhaust tips (I'm sure you will find what I am referring to if you do a search) but perhaps Ecs have since corrected them.
Thanks

I have a set for sale. I put the Stasis exhaust on my 2010 Avant S-Line when it had about 200 miles on it. The exhaust with the tips is sitting in my garage. They are perfect. I will sell for $50 if you pay to ship them from Oregon.

I'm going my car to an indy shop tomorrow for an oil change, etc anyway.. I called them, and they will weld the tips on for me.

Same story with me. They were too big for my '09 Avant, but that is what they show in the photo on thier site. I returned mine.
ECS has dealt with this many times over this year but has not changed there webpage to reflect that they do not fit many (most?) dual exhaust cars.

I bought these tips from ecs tunig and installed them on 2011 A4 sedan. The tips are supposedly for an Avant. They are larger in diameter then what is really needed for the left hand exit on our A4's. What I ended up doing is drilling and taping new holes in each tip to get them semi centered on the outlet. I tried longer set screws and I didn't like how it was working it was easier for me to drill and tap new holes and I used a little blue loctite and nothing has come loose. The tips are cut at an angle so they are turned in that direction to match the oem look. They are noticeably bigger then the correct tips for our car but not ricey. I like how they came out. I have had them on my car for about a year now and you can't beat the price. If you don't want to play with them to make them work buy the correct part for your car. I have no pictures and I am headed to Philadelphia tomorrow so if someone really wants a picture I will try to do it on Sunday or Monday.
