Does anyone feel like me that Audi with the release of the A4 has made you want to look at other car

Funny this A4 release made me start looking at other brands
1. the car is too damned expensive
2. lease rates are out of control
3. no manual initially and meybe ever. no avant with manual
4. hands on materials feel way inferior to my C5-based allroad
50k for a freakin turbo four. come on.
oh and a spec B legacy does just about everything better. But it doesnt have those really col LED lights. boohoo.
Audi needs to make cars more affordable as we slip from economic downturn to recession to depression. Capeesh???

I hope all you crybabies buy something else!
The sooner all you complainers go buy other cars, the sooner we can have some meaningful discussions that don't include how expensive the car is, how much you want a manual transmission, how ugly the base exhaust tips are, etc. You jerkoffs will be the same ones who would be complaining about how expensive all the mods are once you do get it. Do us all a favor and go away now.

Differing ideas of "meaningful" do not make Audi enthusiasts "crybabies" and "complainers".
This is a discussion board and not an advertising arm of Audi of America. Many of us here have owned multiple previous Audis and naturally are predisposed to compare the new B8 with our previous or current Audis. This is why the B8 is so disappointing. If I were a younger, first-time Audi buyer the new model might seem acceptable but having owned a B5 and B6 A4 the new model is, in my opinion, an inadequate redesign. I don't believe anyone on this board truly believes the B8 is a poorly engineered automobile by any stretch of the imagination. Audi of America has hobbled the car with a poorly planned launch, restricted option packages, limited interior and exterior color choices and unfortunate powertrain combinations.

don't bother East Bay BMW then. I was there recently
and they had five 135s on the lot..all automatics! wtf! wasn't paying much attention to the 335s, but all the ones I glanced at were automatics also.

If they all buy something else, does that mean my A4 will be more unique and I'll continue to get admiring looks?
