Default Bell Audi, Edison NJ

I just picked up my 2010 A4 w/ Prem Plus and Nav. It was a great transaction w/ minimal issues. I used ZAG.com via Amex and got a no haggle price that was the best I've seen in North Jersey. The team there was professional, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in the future for service (even though they are 30 miles away) or for a new purchase.

FYI, no one ever checked for my Amex card. You can try to price a car w/o logging in or anything at www.zag.com. Definitely recommend it.

Loving the car. Now I feel bad I had to go through two VW's before finally upgrading...!

Wish you had posted this a few months ago. Wasn't even aware of Zag.com. Nice.

My experience with Bell Audi was a bit less then steller. I got the hint they weren't taking me seriously, so they lost the sale. I looked at one of the lightly used CPO 2009s they had. The car was filthy inside and badly needed a vacuum. They were also very unwilling to negotiate price, not a problem in your case since you went through a 3rd party pricing service.

I agree with NJRoadFan ... they have a very 'take it or leave it attitude'
when it comes to price discussions.

I bought my 09 a4 3.2 at Bell Audi. Negotiations were smooth, I got the price that I was comfortable with but the finance part was a mess. Me and my girlfriend had to do almost everything to get us approved. The service department denied my vibration issues and told me that Audi has no solutions on the problems yet. So I'm looking for other dealerships in NJ that recognizes the TSB and control arms issues and give AOA a call.

Update: Overall the transaction was great but the car has some problem! The EPC light came on and I had a few cases where it wouldn't start. I called them at 3:00 Saturday and complained about it, so they said to come right in and gave me a courtesy car (2007 A4). Bad news is, its still there. Good news is, I'm confident they will fix it and the total time spent from drop off to courtesy car was less than 5 minutes.... Will let y'all know what happens next.
