I don't see any A4's. Sorry can't post those.

How'd you like Infineon Raceway? That is my favorite track!

Those R-Tronic R8's are a blast!

I've been wanting to do sign up for that and finally drive an R8 around Infineon, but I can't justify spending $1,600+ for less then an hour of track time.

What did you end up driving?

You can drive 5 laps around Course #1 in a 4.2 R8 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway for $250 It was a blast. The R8 handles like butter and the brakes are amazing.

I'd love to attend the Audi Sportscar Experience tho

Default Track Tires

Rian,

Did you notice what rubber was mounted on the S4 and TTS?

You are broken up into three groups, one group for TTS, S4 and S5 V8. You start with doing some auto-x on the parking lot. The auto-x courses miminc some of the Infineon Raceway. Depending on the configuration the instructors pick for the day, the auto-x config were similar to Turn 11 (Big U turn), and slalom config. After you finish up with the auto-x you grab some lunch at the lounge. Once lunch is finished that's when the fun really begins. Everybody get laps around Infineon in each of the S cars. I believe that you need to be a better driver to get the balance correctly around the track for the S5. Although the S5 is powerful, it is heavy and I had a hell of a time balancing the car around the track. The TTS is really grippy but lacks the power at the higher end. The TTS is great to learn on the track so you get the lines correct. My personal favorite was the S4. The S4 had the best combination of power and control around the track. Towards the end they allow everybody to do some laps in the R8. That was the highlight of the day. The balance on the R8 is so amazing. I’ve never driven a car like the R8 and I can see why ppl spend so much money to have something like the R8. I like the variety of the S-car experience. I think it is worth the time and money I spent, but other may say it was a total waste of money since you don't get more track time. If you can swing the cost, I would recommend it.
