I have been trying to find out the difference between the 2011 and 2012 A4 and it doesnt seem like the answer is anywhere on the web.

Can anyone help me?

PS...Audi is coming out with B9 in 2013?

From what I read make it 2015 or 2016 for a new generation B9.

Differences between 2011 and 2012 A4s aren't significant. Prices increased slightly, colors changed, and option packages changed slightly.

For 2011, the only way to get LEDs and Xenon lights was to spec either Premium Plus or Prestige. For 2012, you can get the lights (plus some bright trim) for $1100 as the "Style Package".

Premium Plus is now (2012) about $800-$900 more depending on the model, but includes more equipment. This is not actually a bad deal because P+ cars now get 18" wheels (previously an $800 option) and S Line exterior trim. They also get driver's seat memory and auto-dimming exterior mirrors. On the sedan you also get a 'trunk storage kit'. On the Avant, P+ now includes the power tailgate that was previously only available on the Prestige-package car.

I heard the same thing from a dealership as I had asked about an A4 or A5 TDI like is available in Europe. I was told that Audi decided to not go through the certification process as there would be a new design in 2015 that would require a whole new certification.

Other than slightly larger rear brakes, I think all changes are basically package content.
