Default 2011 Titanium on the way

Ordered a 2011 Titanium Package, silver, nav, 6spd. Should arrive by begining of May. Test drove one with 18 sport package (no Titanium on the lot). Will there be any differences? This will be my first Audi. Any words of advice?

We ordered our Titanium (Quattro,P+,Quartz Gray,8 sp ZD) on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It is coming off the boat in Brunswick, GA today and should be at the dealer next week. I have driven the 18" sport package and our salesman had a White Titanium which I also drove. I was concerned with the ride quality w/19" wheels, but after driving it on different roads (Interstate, secondary, residential and some ill maintained) I found the ride quite satisfying. The only differences between the Titanium and the reg sport pkg are the 19" wheels the reduced chrome and the interior. All of which are gorgeous. To be honest I would not have ordered a Titanium if they did not have one on the lot, The web pictures do not do it justice.

This is my second Audi. We sold our 1999 A4 yesterday after 12 1/2 years of service. It was like saying goodbye to an old friend.

Since you are in NY you will have to consider Winter tires. I live in Jacksonville, FL and don't have to worry about that.

Good Luck you'll enjoy the car

I believe the sline package is a must on the A4 Avant.
The 18s and lack of side moldings/skirts on the non-sline just don't do the styling justice.

Default delayed

Now 2 weeks after ordering Titanium, I got a call from the sales rep. Delayed. Now looking at an early June arrival. A littla annoyed because the sales manager "guaranteed" delivery by second week in May, since I leave for 3 months, and wanted to take the car with me before I go (would prefer not to have to drive 5+ hours home to get car). Anyone with experience with this, or will i just have to deal with it and wait?

My 2011 titatnium was ordered day after Thanksgiving, due in at end of February. got bumped to mid-March, then got bumped to end of June. Dealer nutted-up and searched the country to find a similar one for me in some other dealer's stock.

Just received E-mail from Dealer (Audi Jacksonville) They just unloaded it from the car carrier. Should be ready for pick up in a day or two.

delivery is just shy of 4 mos. It seems longer however.

Would you mind posting some pics when you pick up?

I've got a quartz P+ titanium on order with a June delivery date. The lack of actual photos of the color combo is killing me. Ive yet to see a titanium in person and could only find one photo of a quartz titanium A4 over on audizine.

Id love to see how your car looks.

Thanks!

Chad

I am picking it up on Saturday. Will take pics and post. Salesman says it looks good in Quartz. His is Ibis White. It's funny because I would not have ordered the Titanium package if I had not seen one in person.
