Checking in did you solve this issue? I have the exact same symptoms and issue - I thought it was intake cam lobe spun or cam bridge failure or oil valve failure - I changed all that stuff, retimed balance shaft and timing chain etc all spot on

ide00182 camshaft was -1.0

have sometimes light smoking oil in exhaust too - worn rings low power? Did compression test and has compression

This is a confusing thread as a coupl eof posts refer to the completely wrong engine...

This forum is for the EA888 engine in Audis from 2009- 20016

This is not the forum from the FSI engine EA113 in Audis from 2005.5-2008.

VW nomenclature differs but make sure you are in the right place before posting
