Default Tapping Sound From Air Vent
When I start driving my car and the heater or AC is on, I get this rhythmic tapping sound which goes away after a few minutes. It sounds like a motor.
The sound is coming from inside the dash.

I've had Audi service look into this with no luck.

Does anyone know what this might be?

Default Mine has always done that, probably normal.
I think that's the sound of Auto mode reconfiguring the airflow.

Default Same here also
It sounds like it's coming from underneath the dash on the passenger side. Scanned for any codes for stuck flaps, nothing.

Both my B5's did it and both B7's... So I think it's normal
