Default problem with my sound system, please help!

so i just picked up my 2006 audi a4 2.0t , i got the bose system , i did not get the navigation. well this is the problem, on both FM mode and CD mode, all speakers work fine, as they should, when its in SAT mode for the XM sat. radio, sound only comes from the driver side, i played with the balance, and when i turn them to the passenger side, u can tell they arent as loud as the driver side. its like the door speakers arent working. this is only for xm radio? is there any function on the stereo unit itself, that would maybe auto tune for like the drivers seat? my cadillac had that function. i guess i have to visit the dealer, the car has 30miles on it and its already has to be service, im not to happy about it. any buddy got any suggestions on what could be goin on???

Default sounds like a loose connection to the module..... it's located in the back of the car under

a removable panel.....
