Default my brake disks are yellow (rusty?), how do i clean them?

the brakes have been yellow (i'm assuming rust) since the day i picked up the car from the dealer (only a week ago), how do i clean them and make then nice and shiny?

Default Brake hard.

It's just surface rust buildup from the car standing still.
