Default Heating issues 2006. A4 2.0T quattro 140K

Replaced heater core in November 2015 due to poor heat, lots of scaling.
Worked fine rest of the winter.
Following fall 2016. poor heat again, another new heater core, lots of milky stuff in it. Worked fine for 2 months and then gradually got weaker. At that time air from vents would get to 100 F and after revving engine for few minutes would go up to 120 F and afterwards back to 100 again.
Now if I try same thing temperature would stay the same.
Both cores were replaced by Audi and VW specialists.
My mechanic installed new thermostat on Friday and made no difference.
He said system was pressurized and air was purged from it.
It takes long time to reach 100 F from defroster air vents, while other ones stay cooler, and after 2.5 of city driving and idling in mild weather, temp. would be almost 115 F and all vents are finally warmer.
I used digital laser thermometer, temp. of hose at thermostat is about 190 F, then going down pipe underneath air intake and oil cooler at the beginning is about 180 F, few inches further about 150-160 and so on gradually decreasing to only 120 F where hose meets pipe going down behind firewall and to the heater core. Outlet hose from core is about 90 F.
Not sure what to do at this point, car has been driven in heavy city traffic during summer, gauge always at the middle. No overheating issues or running issues.
According to previous owner water pump was changed at 90K, no receipt on it so not sure if pump has metal or plastic impellers.
Thinking about changing it at this point anyways.
I read, few years ago, about some people installing auxiliary water pump to increase flow to help with heating but now can't find those posts.
Have any of you guys tried this and where would be the best position for auxiliary water pump?
Any suggestions on heating problems are welcome.

Wow, I would've investigated the issue after I replaced the first heater core, it's a system of cause and effect. Most mechanics go straight to the effect neglecting the cause. Did you ever look into why your heater core is getting plugged and scaled up? Probably the oil is mixing with coolant. Is the coolant pink or brownish? What is the condition of the oil cooler? There are O-rings on the oil cooler or the oil cooler itself is probably broken inside causing the mix. Again, I'm just speculating.
It could also be the water pump, but you'd have other issues as well, not just heat if it was the case.

Let us know what you find, and if you fixed it.

Good luck,
