Most cars with that many miles on m will have some problems minor and major ands most dealers won't offer a warranty with the milage I love my 06 a4, the price is good but u might want to keep lookin for 1 with less milage so u can get a warranty with it. just my 2 cents it is def a nice car and plenty of power. I'm glad i bought mine it's my first Audi. Charles

It started off life as a Rental car. How well do you treat rental cars?? And it was a rental in Florida. That means, most likely, lots of kids riding around to Disney, the beach or what not...beaches mean salt water and rental agencies don't really wash their cars as well to rinse off the salt.
Only 7 service records available, that's an average of ~14,500 between services. Bit much. Likely has some carbon build-up and I'd also bet the cam follower for the HPFP is toast.
Then titled in IL, which also uses generous amounts of salt on the road. More awesomeness. I'd wager you're looking at some corrosion on the under carriage, suspension parts, a metric ton of seized bolts throughout the engine bay and bottom of the car.
Simply put, I'd avoid it.
