Yes! Why on Earth wouldn't it be worth it? Many have "chipped" Tips.

Default I really don't know the answer. A search might give you something as this has been asked before.

I wouldn't hesitate for any reason to chip your car if you want more power. Your Tip will be just fine.

Default Yes, highly recommended!

I have just recently reflashed the ECU on my 2005.5 A4 2.0T quattro with the APR 93 octane program. The increased power and torque are very noticeable and the car accelerates much faster than stock. The only down side that I have found is accelerating from a stand still. Even when my car was stock, accelerating from a stop was rarely smooth. The tip transmission shifts so quickly out of 1st gear that it made for a sometimes jerky start. With the added torque and power this is even more noticeable. But its something you get used to. Even with this issue I would reflash the car again in a heartbeat. Its great!

ive heard the same with just 93 octane & no test pipe.
