windshield wipers stop in middle of window
soo.... my winshield wipers froze after i washed my car, and when i turned them on and then had to stop and break them loose, they dont go back down even after pushing them back down, they still wanna stop in the middle of the windshield, i have tried everything to get them to go back down to there normal position? how do i fix this??
