Where is the EVAP canister located

Where is the EVAP canister located
Specifically the one that keeps me from filing up at the gas station. When trying to fill up the handle clicks off about every few minutes

Well unfortunately nothing looks like the diagram I found on-line
according to the diagram I am having a hard time finding something that looks like #15. Also, does anyone know where #5 goes to (airbox?) and #4 (to the metal line that runs along side engine towards back of car?) Any help is appreciated.

Yes, I had car in dealership for an oil change so asked them to look at this. Came back with a @$2,500+ tab to replace gas tank. Said they checked everything, all checked out fine except for switch at nozzle entry. Took it back, dropped canister (was never removed by the way..you can tell from the nuts having no marring whatsoever on them) and found this to be saturated. Bought a new one swapped it in and car was back to normal.
