Hi guy

Long after this post I changed the flange today finally. Let me tell ya I won't be doing it again lol

But now after all that I have no heat

Anything I missed or is this a clear indication that the core is plugged up?

Did you have heat before the flange swap?

I didn't have the strongest heat. It was false alarm I let it burp up and the heat is stronger than ever now

Yeah, that would have been my first recommendation. I had to drive my cars for a while after the flange replacement to get the system to "burp". Glad to hear it's solved.
