Default PLEASE HELP!!!! Motor keeps overheating n warping head

So I had my amb 1.8t apart due to it overheating and it warped the head causing the oil to have milk in it. I had the head milled and bought new head studs and headgasket. Cleaned all the surfaces and installed to specs with polydrive vw bit made by snapon. It overheated 2 months later again warping head and causing the headgasket to do the same thing. Milk in oil and all. I just recently did overhaul of top end and new waterpump timing belt and tensioner and headgasket and bolts again. new coolant res and cap and flushed oil and coolant systems. 3 days later I have milk in the oil again... I love this car to death but if it does not stop this crap, I will kill it soon. What are your suggestions or thoughts on this? PLEASE HELP!!!

Email- b16a@***.net or pm me or reply

You probably have a crack somewhere. I would start looking for a newEngine.

It sounds like your bottom end is warped, not just the head. Did you ever check the block? If so and you still have this, then a crack is likely.

Sounds very logical but why would it last for 2 months the first time but then last 3 days the next. a few friends suggested maybe the turbo was bad and recommended I block off the coolant lines and just run an oil cooler. At the same time I found a 81k motor for 1800 shipped to me from lkq. You think it could be the turbo?

The crack got worse and then failure happened quicker? If it was the reverse then i'd be at a loss. This is opportunity time though... build it up for mo powah

Oh, I forgot to mention that both time this has happened, it happens within a two or three hour period of me checking the oil. I check my oil everyday because I have been so paranoid of this happening to me again. I swear this car is going to kill me lol I will be removing the turbo today and going to do a pressure test between the oil and coolant sides of the turbo, Ill let you guys know what happens

Exactly where you should start. Also a compression check will tell you if your head gasket is still sealed.
