Greetings from Colorado,

I have an AUDI 2004 A4 1.8T the wiper blades are not easy to find for this type of arm, however I want to change the blades and use the "Ultra-Flex" type as those are really good for the snow. However I am not sure if I need to replace the entire arm or if there is an adaptor so that I can use more commercial "Ultra-Flex" blades.

Any information will be much appreciated.

Wipers are a little tricky. I simply ordered them from ECT Tuning. You have 2 options: standard and "aero". I assume the type you are looking for is the "aero".

I upgraded to the Aero style arms and blades a couple years ago on my '02 A4, and I can say that it was worth every penny. They work much better than the old style, and their design makes them much more resistant to freezing up.

THank you Guys. I will see to begin the task of ordering those Aero blades and arms... any other vendor you may recommend besides ECS ?

I agree with AudiCO. We replaced the arms on our 2003 A4 so that we could use the flex blades and it was a great investment. Big difference in ice and snow but also better coverage when dealing with rain. We just had them put on by the dealer when it was in for a service so not sure what type it was but suspect it's just Audi brand.

had to replace mine recently, went to Canadian Tire and bought the Armour All ones for about $26.00 for the pair, then found out they wouldn't fit the car.... went to the dealership, and bought the Aero wiper blades for $16.00 for the pair... dealership FTW!!!
