Need electrical (circuit breaker) information.
Can someone possibly tell me which circuit breaker is feeding both the windows and climate control?

Reviewing the wiring diagrams, shows that the windows and climate control ...
don't share a circuit breaker. The windows are protected by breakers "D" and "F" identified in the horizontal row of fuses/breakers under the Central Electric Control Module, fuse "C" being the left most and "G" the right most.
Both the windows and the climate control are both powered from the "3 post relay carrier", threaded post connection "501". Check the tightness of the nut on connection 501, that is the only common source of power for both the windows and the A/C.
