Not when you can buy one for $60-90 at your local autoparts store and swap it in less than 10min.

any auto store can put it in for a minimal fee, and regular batteries should be under $100

On a related note, if I do a quick swap, will I need the radio code handy? What else?

Default A really good battery is $150 max

I got a $125 battery from shop (was like $5 cheaper if I bought it online.)
He charged $20 labor.

If this is the Audi dealer ship, $240 sounds typical..just about double of anywhere else.
